Local Priorities Violence against women and girls Message

I wanted to provide an update regarding Violence against women and girls, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Officers from Kidbrooke Park SNT and Kidbrooke Village & Sutcliffe SNT were on foot patrol on their ward and made aware of a male who was exposing himself in a public place. Officers attended the location and by carrying out an area search and engaging with further members of the public, were able to locate this male over a quarter of a mile away now in a secluded wooded area where he was subsequently arrested. The team would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter and shows how valuable your interaction and information with our team can be. The investigation remains ongoing.
